Monday through Thursday: 9:00 am through 3:30 pm CST. 
Order/Shipping Center is Closed: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When We Ship:

For all in-stock orders received by 11:00 am CST, we strive to ship them same day, although this is not guaranteed. In-stock orders received after 11:00 am CST are normally shipped the following business day (which does not include Friday, Saturday and Sunday), although this is not guaranteed. Due to unforseen circumstances, it is possible than an order could take up to a week before it is processed and shipped. ***Unless otherwise notified, back-orders and or pre-orders will be shipping within 1 to 2 weeks from order placement. If for any reason, the shopping cart does not automatically calculate a shipping charge appropriately for an order (ie: does not calculate a shipping charge on an order that does not qualify for the free shipping option as outlined below), WAM Essentials, Inc reserves the right to pick an appropriate shipping method and charge the customer the appropriate amount or cancel that order completely and issue a full refund for the order in question.


Carrier Updates from 2020 Covid:


Please note that since 2020, delivery companies (ie: USPS, UPS) no longer offer guarantees on delivery times.  They strictly adhere to the "estimates only" time frames and no longer offer refunds for non-delivery during the estimated time.



United States Postal Service [United States (Including: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates and US Armed Forces (APO, AE, AA, etc)]:


*First Class Mail (cannot be tracked; estimated 6-10 days for delivery): Please note that this is not a "trackable" method of shipping = meaning it is impossible to know whether a package is delivered or not. As a result, WAM Essentials, Inc is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are shipped this method when the customer says they did not receive the package. Ship this method at your own risk.

* Priority Mail (can be tracked; estimated 2-3 days for delivery)
* Priority Mail Express (can be tracked; estimated 1-2 days for delivery)

Note: According to the United States Postal Service any package that is scanned "Delivered" by the postal carrier is deemed delivered to the customer. As a result, the USPS will not honor any insurance claim against that package. They consider this a matter of postal theft and a case for the customers local police department. If WAM Essentials, Inc fulfills their obligation to the customer to the best of their ability (meaning the package is built and shipped via the carrier the customer specifies on the order to the "shipping address" provided by the customer on the order) packages that show delivered via the USPS but the customer claims they did not get will not be replaced or refunded as the package will be deemed stolen from the customers mailbox or residence and thus a matter for their local police department. We appreciate your understanding.

*Overnight(can be tracked; estimated 1 day for delivery)
* 2nd Day Air (can be tracked; estimated 2 days for delivery)
* 3 Day Select (can be tracked; estimated 3 days for delivery)
* Ground (can be tracked; estimated 5 - 10 days for delivery)


Please note that estimated days to deliver do not include order processing times. When you are placing your order and need it to arrive in a specific time frame, please start counting from the day after the order is due to ship. Here are some examples:

1) If you place your order after 11:00am CST on a Monday, it will not ship until the next day. So the package will ship on Tuesday and you would need to begin counting delivery days after Tuesday. So, a typical package shipping USPS Priority Mail would be delivered around Thursday or Friday (2-3 days). 
2) If you place your order after 11:00am CST on a Thursday or at any time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will not ship until the following Monday. To determine an anticipated delivery date, you would need to begin counting delivery days after Monday. So, a typical package shipping USPS Priority Mail would be delivered around Wednesday or Thursday (2-3 days).

Please note that we do offer free "standard shipping" on domestic (shipping to the US) orders that are at least $150.00. While "standard" shipping may have different meanings for different companies, here's what it means at On this new website, our customers have the option of choosing Free Shipping or a different method! If you choose Free Shipping, your package will either be shipped by the USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail - completely dependendent on the weight of the package.  


As the customer you have the choice to pick the free shipping option. If for some reason, during the check-out process you do not choose the "free shipping" method but rather you choose a method that requires payment, neither nor WAM Essentials, Inc is obligated to refund or credit back any shipping charges that you may have paid. 


* First Class International (cannot be tracked; 1-6 months for delivery)
* Priority Mail International (can be tracked; estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery)
* Priority Mail Express International (can be tracked; estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery)

* DHL (can be tracked: estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery)

If for any reason, customs returns your package to our offices, WAM Essentials, Inc cannot issue a refund (less shipping and handling charges) until the package is received in good "resellable" condition. 
Note: First Class Mail (domestic and international)
Please note that this method of shipping is the LEAST reliable method offered by the US Post Office. While we are given label numbers, the packages are not acutally "tracked" and "scanned" as they move through the US Postal system. That means if a package is not delivered to your address, then there is no way of knowing what happened to the package. If you would like to utilize this shipping method, we may not be able to provide a replacement package without charging you again for the items. Should a new package be sent to you, additional shipping charges may apply.
