NOTE: If you need to send a money order or cashier's check please contact us directly to ensure all items are in stock and available to ship and to determine shipping charges prior to sending payment. All check/money order/casher check orders will be held for 7 to 14 business days. International money orders/cashier's checks may be held for up to 30 business days before the order is shipped.

Changing or Adding-On to Existing Orders

Once an order has been processed, it is our policy, that it cannot be changed. If an employee makes special arrangements to change an order after it has been processed, additional shipping or handling charges may be applied to the orders total cost. If for any reason a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been processed but before it has shipped, a $10.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or changed. If the customer determines they no longer wish to receive the item, they would need to refuse shipment upon delivery or ship back at their own expense. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply to orders refused upon delivery and will be deducted before any refunds are issued. Please see our refund policy for additional information.
