You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the item being returned less a 10% restocking fee. The return item(s) must be in their original condition, (unopened and unused), and accompanied by a copy of the original order form/packing list. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of personal care items such as lotions or creams. Absolutely No Returns and thus No Refunds on unsealed (ie: opened) items, creams and books. No Exceptions!
Once the item is received, and we verify that it is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the product (less a 10% restocking fee), by the same method which payment was made. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping on your order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Customer pays return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order as well as provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments without a return number will NOT be processed.
All returns are subject to evaluation. A 50% restocking fee may apply to orders that are not received in our offices within 60 days of original delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within three (3) business days of the receipt of your order. Missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your order. How to Return Sealed (Un-Opened) Items
- Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments without a Return Authorization Number will NOT be processed.
- Items can be returned via any carrier you choose. We recommend you send the items insured, signature required.

Refunds are only given upon successful receipt of the items. If the items are never received back in our offices we will not be able to issue you a refund.
If after receipt of your items, you wish to return something. The Return policy listed above applies with the one exception that the return must be received in our offices within 90 days from the date the order was placed.
However, if your items are grossly delayed by shipping, returned by customs, abandoned at the international postal office, or refused by the receiver upon arrival, the following return policy applies:
Our normal return policy allows returns up to 30 days for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders from the date the order was placed. Unfortunately, for international orders, sometimes the package does not even arrive to the customer in 30 days. Recognizing that both the customer and WAM Essentials are at the mercy of the customs agents, international postal carriers as well as the US Postal Service, all returns that are received at our offices less than 1 year from the date the order was placed will be issued a refund less a 35% handling fee. Any orders that are received back at our offices more than 1 year after the date the order was placed will not be refunded any amount. While we regret this policy, with the product out of our control for so long in unknown conditions, it is not safe to resell to anyone and must be discarded. And, as our policy on refunds states, the items must be received in like new "resellable" condition. ***Shipping charges will not be refunded***
