We have always been grateful for our loyal customers and continue to search for more ways that we can show our appreciation to you.
A good many of our customers have been using our supplements since they first became available more than 10 years ago. With probably 80% of our customer base repeat buyers. Here's some of the ways we've been showing you that you matter to us and we appreciate the trust you've placed in our supplements:
- In 2017, when we moved our online store to a more stable platform, we had the ability to create a branded Customer Loyalty program that we named WellPerks®.
- Then in 2018, we had the ability to partner with Verify Pass to extend discounts to our military and first responders.
- Now in 2020, we will be implementing a program where we will be accepting written testimonials and entering them into a drawing for store credit that can be used for future purchases.
- Also coming in 2020, you will probably notice that we will be starting to have "free gifts" that you can choose from with qualifying purchases.... this is also a work in process for later this year!
