WellPerks FAQ
WellPerks® is our branded customer loyalty program. In this program, you earn points for various actions you take in our store such as completing an order, having a birthday, sharing on facebook, etc. You can read more about this on the WellPerks® page. On this page, I'm going to answer the most common questions we get on them.
- How do I Find My WellPerks® Points and Coupons? Once you log into your online account, you can click on the "WellPerks®" icon in the bottom left hand side of your device's screen. Once you click the icon, it should open a new "pop-up" screen where you can see how many points you have accumulated, Your Next Reward, Ways to Earn, All Rewards, Refer Your Friends so they can get a $5.00 coupon and share this URL for Twitter and Facebook referral share links.
- Now What? I can't use my coupon on this order AND my points are gone!!! Log in to your account at www.DrWongsEssentials.com to access your WellPerks® points information and then click on the WellPerks® icon in the bottom left hand side of your device's screen. The first section says "Your Rewards" and it will show you how many rewards you have "pending" use. Click on "Your Rewards" and on the next screen you will see "Your Rewards" which are coupons waiting to be successfully applied to an order and "Past Rewards" which are all the coupons you have already successfully applied to an order. Click on the coupon under "Your Rewards" that you would like to use on your present order and copy/apply the code by copying it and pasting it in the coupon code field on the View Cart or Check Out page and the press the "Apply" button.
- I have two coupons that I want to apply to my order but the system won't let me apply them both. How can I apply both coupons? Unfortunately, our cart system will only allow one coupon to be applied on each order. If you tried to copy and paste more than one on an order, the coupon that could not be applied will still be there waiting for you at another time. Please read the above instructions on how to find and apply it at a later time.
- How to Earn Bonus Points? To earn reward points, you first need to have an account on our store. Please sign up for an account. Once you have an account you can then earn reward points by placing orders and completing any of the actions in our earning section for bonus points.
- How to Spend Points? You can spend your points on any order you place through our store. At the view cart or check out page please enter your coupon in the "coupon" field and apply. You must be logged in first!
- How many times can I share on Social Media? You can share on social media our products or pages once per month.
