Dr. Wong's Notes: The Equanimity® formula is an old one from a master herbalist, improved on by knowledge of brain chemistry. It helps with nervousness, anger, depression, anxiousness and grief. Hard charging athletes whom can't "switch off" and those under high stress levels at work or home, have found the Equanimity® to allow them to settle down to a nights restful sleep or make it through the day as one customer said "without killing anyone!" Dose for sleep is 1 or 2 capsules taken before bed. Dose for daily stress is 1 or 2 capsules 2 to 4 times a day. For super severe stressful events up to 4 capsules can be taken in one dose.
